
“It’s so hard to make friends after graduation.” This is a statement I’ve heard a lot from friends. Indeed, research shows that it’s challenging to make friends as adults because they are more self-aware compared to children. Additionally, research also shows that Gen Zs and Millennial are two lonely generations.
My idea was to create an anti-social media app brand for young adults that fosters authentic human connections and friendships through in-person social events. Based on the research that it’s challenging to make friends as adults because they are more self-aware, I wanted to portray the idea that we are all perfectly imperfect humans. Therefore, this visual identity shows a quirky and positive energy that makes friend-making seem fun and easy.
